Empowering Citizens to Shape Their Governance<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p><\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TA promotes a human rights-based approach in all its interventions. The organization views citizens as rights-holders and public institutions as duty-bearers. This conceptual framework guides training sessions, advocacy efforts and monitoring activities.<\/p>

Through civic education programs, TA empowers citizens to understand local governance processes, participate in planning and budgeting forums, and engage constructively with authorities. The organization facilitates dialogue platforms where community concerns are raised and discussed with local leaders, fostering accountability and responsiveness through the community scorecard process as one of the social audit tool.<\/p>

Advocacy initiatives include policy dialogue meetings, position papers, and collaborative engagements with civil society networks. These efforts aim to strengthen citizen voice while maintaining constructive partnerships with government institutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
